Key Cargo Edition producer Sven Tasnadi is back with a new four track EP entitled Motore Grande. The German producer has long been a craftsman of fine dancefloor grooves for labels like Cocoon and Pokerflat, with this EP yet more evidence of his ability to combine sleek minimalism with plenty of techy energy.

Luna City Express will play at the Circoloco Night @ Watergate, Berlin, on Friday, April 27th. Also behind the decks: Davide Squillace, Ryan Crosson, Tale Of Us, Sossa and Cirillo.

We are happy to announce our guests for the next Moon Harbour Flight @ Distillery, Leipzig: Julietta & ANA, both residents of the renowned club Harry Klein in Munich. The flight will be hosted by Dan Drastic and takes place next Saturday, April 28th.

After Cargo Edition celebrated its fifth anniversary with the sampler “Five Years Of Cargo Edition”, the label is now back with its next, denser label compilation. “Warehouse Vol.2” is being released with four exclusive tracks of various Cargo Edition acts. And this time all of them are already known from the label roster: Steven Cock, Ekkohaus, Sven Tasnadi and Michael Melchner.

Norman Weber and Marco Resmann of Luna City Express are known for their distinctive house style, which combines classic house grooves with a nice sprinkling of humor. “The Next Level” is a classic maxi single with various versions of the title track. For the vocals on “The Next Level”, they invited none other than Roland Clark, one of the most famous voices in house music.

For this year’s WMC in Miami, Moon Harbour teamed up with the Berlin based label Souvenir for a day & night event Thursday March 22nd at Awarehouse.

Dan Drastic is ringing in 2012 with an eclectic EP: two of the tracks are perfect for the time between warm-up and peak in the club, another one shows the rave side of Dan Drastic. Incl. Martin Buttrich Remix.

Oslo Records boss Federico Molinari  has mixed a compilation called “No Way to Norway”, to be released today.

The release works much like any other label compilation, highlighting Oslo’s core artists as well as a few newcomers, but with one significant twist: there’s no way to know which artist did which track. According to a press release, this is an attempt to put the focus back on the DJ, while at the same time allowing listeners to “fully immerse themselves into the mix without prejudice.”

The sleeve does, however, list all of the contributing artists in alphabetical order. They are: Christian Burkhardt, Damian Schwartz, Einzelkind, Ernesto Ferreyra, Franco Cinelli, Guillaume & the Coutu Dumonts feat. Qzen, Ivel Tax, Johnny D, Juan Sorrentino, Skipson, Leonel Castillo, Maayan Nidam, Michael Melchner, Markus Fix, Noidoi, Reboot, Ray Okpara & Nekes and Sascha Dive. All of the tracks are previously unreleased.
